Welcome Mississippi Law Review Contract. Below, you will find the terms and conditions for contributing to and accessing the Mississippi Law Review publication.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the last signature below (“Effective Date”), by and between the Mississippi Law Review (“Review”), and the Contributor (“Contributor”). WHEREAS, the Review is a scholarly legal journal published by the University of Mississippi School of Law, and the Contributor wishes to submit written work for publication in the Review; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows: |

The Contributor shall submit written work in accordance with the Review`s submission guidelines, which can be found on the Review`s official website or by contacting the Review`s editorial board. The Review reserves the right to reject any submission that does not adhere to the submission guidelines. |

Upon acceptance of the Contributor`s written work for publication in the Review, the Contributor grants the Review non-exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the written work in any and all media or formats, including but not limited to print, electronic, and online platforms. |
